Name: CH Petteycats Akamina T of Mishikoonz
Registered: TICA & CFA
The Akamina Ridge Trail (British Columbia) requires a bit of a scramble, but leads to incredible views of northern Glacier, as well as further north into Canada.
Mina is a silver patch torbie with white trim, who (unlike Cady!) seems to thrive in the hustle and bustle of a show hall. Her show career as a kitten has been pleasing, and I look forward to seeing what she can do as she moves into the adult classes in August.
UPDATE: Mina received her six winners ribbons at the Ft. Worth CFA show on August 15th and is now a Champion!
From a standpoint of appearance, Mina is the Southern Belle of the group. Perhaps it's her delicate coloring or maybe her long and lean physique, but were she human, I could imagine her as the cherished debutante of a wealthy family. Click here for more pictures of Mina
Mina's PedigreeMina in action is not at all delicate. At 7 months, she weighed 9 1/2 pounds and when she runs laps with the smaller kittens, she shakes the thick plaster walls of our old 1928 house. Her most endearing (and annoying) trait is her tendency to pay us midnight visits, purring and licking at our faces while we (try to) sleep.
